So I'm going to the annual pirate party this Saturday and this year I'm going for a steampunk-ish aristocrat-turned-pirate. I'm aiming for an OC named Lady Scarlett from Celestial, my steampunk novel (which is done, btw. I only need to find a publisher now - easier said than done).

I pretty much made the whole thing myself - except the dress, which I (heavily) modified to fit the steampunk theme.
Still not sure about the fur draped around the shoulders, though - I'm allergic to fur, and I'll probably end up sneezing and scratching my neck all night long -.- If I'll leave it there, I'll have to make sure it look good.
Is it worth it, people? Should I leave it there?

It was an old dress I found and modified, so I didn't make it from scratch :) I'm not that talented with needle and thread!
But yeah, that's the belt. I have way too many things attached to it by now :P
